Job Responsibilities:

1, Responsible for Amazon account management, product shelves, maintenance and optimization of the listing page to ensure that the account security;

2, Pre-sale, sale, after-sales customer service, timely resolution and reduce customer reviews and Case;

3, Product information editing and optimization;

4, Regular statistical sales data, inventory data, timely adjustment of sales strategies to improve product conversion rate;

Qualifications:

1, Bachelor degree or above, English CET-4 and above, international trade, e-commerce, English, foreign trade, marketing professional is preferred;

2, Work proactive, responsible, able to withstand the pressure, pioneering and innovative spirit;
