Job Responsibilities:

1, Responsible for daily personnel management, employee attendance statistics;

2, Responsible for the establishment of employee personnel files, employee induction, resignation,full member transfer procedures, employee labor contract signing, renewal and management;

3, Recruitment management, candidates appointment and interview;

4, Assist leader in daily personnel work.


Qualifications:

1, College degree or above, more than 1 year work experience, can independently complete the personnel related work;

2, Clear language, reflecting sensitive, strong savvy, good communication skills;

3, With a certain degree of compression capacity, with good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility;

4, Factory personnel related experience is preferred.
